Three weekly workouts- Twelve 1-1 training sessions
Nutrition Assistance- meal planning, food timing strategies, supplement suggestions
Accountability- communicate on non-training days to ensure continued success on program focal components. Accountability meetings will revolve around supporting factors such as sleep patterns, support systems, your "why", and much more!
